Meet Millet’n’Minutes – Bringing Back the Superfoods Our Grandmothers Swore By… in Just Minutes!

Namaste friends,

My name is SubhasiniDharmendra, and I still remember the taste of my grandmother’s ragi mudde and jowar roti on rainy evenings in our town. Those were the days when food was simple, seasonal, and unbelievably nourishing.

Fast-forward to today: we’re all running between meetings, school runs, gym sessions, and never-ending to-do lists. Somewhere along the way, we replaced our traditional, climate-resilient, diabetes-friendly millets with refined flour and ultra-processed snacks.

That’s why I started Millet’n’Minutes.

Millet’n’Minutes is not just a brand — it’s my promise to bring the goodness of millets back to modern Indian kitchens without asking you to spend hours cooking like our grandmothers did.

Every product — be it our instant ragi dosa mix, ready-to-cook khichdi, millet cookies, millet pasta, or gluten-free atta — is made with 100% whole millets, absolutely no maida, no preservatives, and definitely no compromise on taste.

Because health should never come at the cost of convenience or flavour.

In a country that grows the largest variety of millets in the world, it hurts to see them called “poor man’s food.” Millets are actually the richest, most sustainable, planet-friendly superfoods we have. They need very little water, grow without chemical fertilizers, keep our farmers profitable, and keep us strong from within.

With Millet’n’Minutes, I want every urban home, every working woman, every college hostel, and every fitness freak to experience how delicious “going back to roots” can actually be — in just minutes.

So here’s my invitation: try one pack, cook one meal, taste the difference. I promise your body will thank you… and somewhere, my grandmother will smile.

Welcome to the millet revolution. Welcome to Millet’n’Minutes.

With love and lots of millets, SubhasiniDharmendra Founder, Millet’n’Minutes
